The true story about hemp
Hemp is one of the world’s oldest nutrients.
In Bornholm, hemp has been cultivated for hundreds of years. The Royal Danish Agricultural Holdings Scriptures (published in 1804) refer to hemp as a widespread trade plant on Bornholm.
With the development of industrial hemp, which is a processed hemp, it has once again become possible to cultivate hemp legally and take advantage of all hemp’s environmental and health-promoting potentials. In addition to being a plant that, with its powerful leaf growth, absorbs large amounts of co2, it is a tough plant that can be grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides. In addition, hemp contains numerous health-promoting properties, here are just a few:
Hemp is rich in easily absorbable protein, amino acids and essential fatty acids like omega 3, 6 and 9.
The ratio of omega 6 to omega 3, 3: 1 is unique to the hemp oil and optimal for the human body.
Since the hemp seeds contain more protein than meat, it is an ideal food for, among other things, vegetarians and athletes.
Good source for eg vitamin B, E, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium.
Hampemel is particularly rich in fiber.
